Shipping costs may depend on the size and dimensions of the package and the place of delivery of the order and will be shown and calculated in the payment screen.

On The Set Apparel may on some occasions and as a result of offers, promotions and special days, offer free shipping on some or all products. Free shipping will be applied to the order at the time of purchase on the website.

32. ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

1 - 3 business days.

Order processing will take place Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5.00 PM CT (Orders are not processed on weekends and major holidays). Please keep in mind that may be extended during holidays, launches, restocks, limited edition releases and promotions.

Note: Order processing times and shipping times are different.

3. SHIPPING TIMES

Shipping times may vary and depend on the place of delivery of the order.

Important: Due to the current health emergency caused by COVID-19, delivery times may be extended.

4. CONDITIONS OF RETURN

Full name of the person who placed the order.
Order number.
Items must be in its original condition (unmarked, unaltered, and undamaged).
All returns must be accompanied with your invoice as proof of purchase.
Any item you have accepted and then returned is your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse. Please therefore ensure that you send your item back to us using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the products. Please package the product securely.
Shipping return costs and handling charges are non-refundable.
On The Set Apparel reserves the right to reject any returns which do not comply with our Refund Policy. Returns that do not fulfil our return policy may be shipped back to the client at their own cost.
